Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks
Plain flour
2 eggs
Paxo Southern fried breadcrumbs
Method
1. Toss drumsticks in flour to cover all sides.
2. Beat 2 eggs and dip the chicken drumsticks in to coat fully.
3. Cover with Paxo Southern Fried Breadcrumbs.
4. Air fry at 180°C for 16 minute or oven cook at 180°C for 25 minutes until crispy, ensuring chicken is fully cooked through.
