Southern Fried Chicken & Chips

You will need

  • 210g Paxo Southern Fried breadcrumbs
  • 6 Chicken drumsticks (use thighs if preferred)
  • 4 tbsp Bisto Southern Fried gravy (+½ pint boiling water)
  • Oven Fries
  • Corn on the cob
  • Oil

Instructions

    • Coat chicken drumsticks or thighs in 1 tbsp of oil then coat in Paxo Southern Fried Breadcrumbs before cooking
    • Place on a non-stick baking tray in a pre-heated oven at 190°c/Gas Mark 5 for 35 minutes
    • Serve with fries and a side of corn on the cob. Perfect with Bisto Southern Fried gravy to dip.
